Game data stays on your device

FletchFlow does not require registration. Progress, scores, stars, coins, boosters, purchase entitlements and preferences are stored locally. We do not receive your puzzle progress on a FletchFlow server. Device backups may be handled separately by your operating system and its settings.

Advertising and consent

The game uses Google AdMob for interstitial and optional rewarded ads, and Google’s User Messaging Platform for consent. Google may process IP addresses and approximate location, device or app identifiers, advertising interactions, app interactions, crash information and performance data to deliver and measure ads, operate its services, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

The information processed depends on your region, choices, device settings and ad-serving mode. This release does not request Apple’s cross-app tracking permission. That does not mean the advertising SDK collects no information. Where required privacy controls are unavailable, the game does not request ads.

Purchases

Apple processes payments. We do not receive your full card details. The game uses Apple’s StoreKit service to verify signed purchase transactions and deliver or restore entitlements. Purchase and transaction identifiers are retained locally to avoid duplicate delivery. No FletchFlow purchase-verification server receives iOS receipts in this release.

Apple’s processing is described in Apple’s Privacy Policy. Buying Full Game removes interstitial ads; optional rewarded ads remain a choice.

When you contact support

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond, investigate issues, prevent misuse and keep necessary support records. Please do not send passwords, card numbers or sensitive information unrelated to your request. Email is handled by our email provider, Gmail.

This website

This website provides support and privacy information. It does not contain advertising, a registration form or publisher-added analytics. Our hosting providers process technical request information, such as IP address, browser information and access logs, to deliver the website and protect it. Their processing is described in OpenAI’s Privacy Policy and Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

Retention, deletion and your choices

Local game information remains until you delete the app or clear its storage. Removing local data does not cancel store purchases or erase Apple’s records. You can request deletion of support correspondence by emailing us; we may retain information needed for unresolved requests, security or legal obligations. Third-party data retention is governed by the providers’ policies.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of personal information. Contact us about information we hold. For information controlled by Apple or Google, use their privacy controls or contact them directly.

Children

FletchFlow is a general-audience puzzle game, not a service directed specifically at children under 13. We do not ask children to create accounts or submit personal information in the game. If you believe a child has sent personal information to our support address, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable measures appropriate to this app and support service; no system is completely secure. Advertising, hosting, email and store providers may process information outside your country under their policies and applicable safeguards.
